Festive wrap-up of our 150th anniversary celebration
During our 150th anniversary year in 2023, the emphasis was also on the creative force of our employees and the ambition that DKB has.
During our 150th anniversary year in 2023, the emphasis was also on the creative force of our employees and the ambition that DKB has.
Young, talented artists shaped our anniversary and made it tangible through a unique artwork.
With the first month of 2024 now behind us, we would like to take a moment to reflect on the start of the year.
As skilled as they are within their own line of work, our employees are always eager to broaden their horizons.
The other day in Moordrecht, we had the honour of welcoming a very special guest: 93-year-old Henk Schop.
On Saturday June 17, at DKB’s head offices in Moordrecht we opened our doors to colleagues, business partners and the general public. Our Open House is an annual tradition.
Tim Braakman arrived at our office and immediately hit the glass façade. Fortunately, Tim was not armed with sticks or bricks, but with poetry, design and tender brushes.
We approached spoken word artist Ivan Words and signpainter Tim Braakman to combine their skills in order to articulate the pride and perspective connected to our 150-year anniversary.
Come with us and relive the eventful history of DKB. What started as a modest shop, evolved into an exciting, 150-year journey. We will take you back to the very beginning.
